For this tech challenge, I worked on integrating type with video. I learned a few key lessons while making this:
1. Using a tripod will make this process a whole lot smoother.
2. Sometimes, physically incorporating text might be easier than digitally adding it in.
3. Planning out how the text and objects interact BEFORE filming is super important.
Those things said. I'm happy with what I learned during this tech challenge! I also learned more about how to use masks, the perspective tool, and effects.

Problem 2: Final Project Video
Here's the link for my final video for stop motion! I think it turned out well. I'm happy with the sound effects and music choices. If I could have done something different, I would have added another short scene of the book coming out or going back into the bookshelf at the end. That would have put me over 1 minute, so I decided against it.

Tech Challenge #2
For this tech challenge, we had to choose a 5-7 second audio clip and create typography to accompany it. I chose a clip from Dolly Parton's 2009 Commencement Speech from the University of Tennessee, about high heels, naturally.

Tutorial: Sound Effects
This video uses Garage Band to create sound effects. I've used Garage Band a little in the past, but I totally forgot how much you can do with it! A lot of the included 'instruments' make great sound effects and music tracks, which will be helpful for my stop motion video.
